I AM SO MAD/SAD/FURIOhe US!! I paid the Murderdolls First Aid Kit with my Credit Card, but for some reason it never went through and I just saw that today! Ok, you might be thinking, just go right ahead and re order it Gus. turns out the damn kit was SOLD OUT, yes I said SOLD OUT!!!! AH!!! AH!!! AH!! I called them and they told me they are going to be getting more they just dont know when OMG I'm so mad!! I wanted that so bad

This edition of the album was to include the Special Edition CD/DVD and also includes a Murderdolls t-shirt, autographed booklet, patch, sticker, pill case as well as a digital download of the album among others. However, after complications with the printing company this item was removed from the Roadrunner Records stock list as well as the pre-order list on Omega Order on July 5 due to the product not being ready in time to meet the street date. Roadrunner began issuing refunds to customers on July 6. It is unknown if this item will be released at a later date.[7

That explains why I couldn't buy it. I hope it will be released eventually

that sound false...exspecially coming from wikipiedia as anyone can write anything on that website!And bedside if there was an issue with this CD/DVD kit the Murderdolls themselves would have posted a blog or something about it themselves!
